Nature Explorer Package – Terms and Conditions

I. General Terms

Scope of Application: These terms apply to all package’s holders.
Acceptance of Terms: Purchasing or using the package indicates your agreement to abide by these terms, venue regulations, and all additional activity rules.
Right to Amend: The organisation reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be announced through official channels.

II. Package Usage Guidelines

Validity Period: The package is only valid within the specified period. It will be void after expiry.
Access Coverage:
- Applicable to designated self-guided areas at Mai Po Nature Reserve, Island House Conservation Studies Centre, and Hoi Ha Marine Life Centre.
Reservations & Entry:
- All visits must be reserved online at least three days in advance. Available time slots: Thursday–Sunday and public holidays (except for Christmas and Chinese New Year public holidays).
- Self-guided visit is limited to 3 hours for each time. Please enter and exit within the reserved time.
- Please present a valid package number (digital or physical) and identification documents at entry for verification.

III. Guided Tours & Activities

Guided Tours:
- Guided tours included with the package require separate reservations. Limited quotas on a first come, first served basis.
- Some seasonal guided tours (e.g., Mai Po Day & Night, Night Safari) are available only during designated months.
Participation in Activities:
- Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by eco guides.
- The organisation reserves the right to cancel, modify, or adjust activities due to weather, safety concerns, or special circumstances.

IV. Discounts & Gifts

Applicable Discounts:
- Package holders enjoy a 10% discount at designated cafés and Panda Shops (some items excluded).
- A 10% discount applies to bookings of other paid guided tours.
- Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or promo codes.
Exclusive Gifts:
- Engraved wooden plaques and gift bags must be redeemed in person at Mai Po Nature Reserve and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- A valid package and identification must be shown upon redemption. Each person/package is limited to one redemption.

V. Responsibilities & Restrictions

Safety Responsibility: Package holders are responsible for their own safety, must follow all safety notices, and supervise accompanying children or elderly persons.
Property & Environment: Do not damage facilities, plants, or disturb wildlife. Compensation may be required for any damages.
Use of Images: The organisation reserves the right to take photos or videos during activities for non commercial promotional purposes.

VI. Refunds, Changes & Transferability

Refund Policy: Packages are non refundable and non exchangeable once sold and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Transfer & Sharing: Packages are for use by the registered holder only. Transfers, sharing, or resale are prohibited.

VII. Disclaimer

The organisation is not responsible for any losses resulting from venue closures, activity cancellations, or service limitations due to force majeure events (such as severe weather, natural disasters, or infectious diseases).
